README.TXT for https://doi.org/10.22029/jlupub-20939 The data stored in this dataset are associated with the publication titled “Extracellular vesicles from canine mesenchymal stem cells – Isolation, Characterization, and miRNA Definition following Interleukin-1ß and Shockwave treatment”. The following data is stored in this collection: dog1_IL1b_smallRNA_Seq.fastq.gz dog1_ITS_smallRNA_Seq.fastq.gz dog1_negative-control_smallRNA_Seq.fastq.gz dog1_SW_smallRNA_Seq.fastq.gz dog2_IL1b_smallRNA_Seq.fastq.gz dog2_ITS_smallRNA_Seq.fastq.gz dog2_negative-control_smallRNA_Seq.fastq.gz dog2_SW_smallRNA_Seq.fastq.gz dog3_IL1b_smallRNA_Seq.fastq.gz dog3_ITS_smallRNA_Seq.fastq.gz dog3_negative-control_smallRNA_Seq.fastq.gz dog3_SW_smallRNA_Seq.fastq.gz It consists of raw data from the sequencing of miroRNA obtained from extracellular vesicles. These were derived from canine mesenchymal stem cells and were obtained either without any specific treatment (designated as the negative control) or following treatment with extracorporeal shock waves (abbreviated as SW), with interleukin 1 beta (abbreviated as IL1b), or after cultivation in a serum-free medium with the addition of insulin-transferrin-selenite (abbreviated as ITS). This study was conducted on three different donor animals (dog 1, dog 2, and dog 3) The raw data is in the FASTQ format for sequence data. Due to their large file size, the files have been compressed using the standard .gz compression format.
