| dc.description.abstract | Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist die Überprüfung der Messung retikulierter Thrombozyten mit dem Sysmex XT-2000iV und die Gateoptimierung anhand verschiedener in der Literatur publizierter Gates (Gelain et al., 2010a; Pankraz et al., 2009), die Neuentwicklung der r-PLT-Messung für den ADVIA 120/2120 sowie die Erstellung von Referenzwerten. Weiterhin wird der Zusammenhang zwischen retikulierten Thrombozyten und Thrombozytenindizes für beide Geräte untersucht und Referenzwerte werden erstellt. | de_DE |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this current study is to validate the measurement of reticulated platelets with the Sysmex XT-2000iV and to improve the applied gates on the basis of several published gates (Gelain et al., 2010a; Pankraz et al., 2009), to newly develop the method of measuring r-PLT utilizing the ADVIA 120/2120 and to provide reference values. Furthermore the association between r-PLT and platelet indices of both analyzers will be investigated and reference values will be established. | en |
