    The EPPO/OLAF compendium of national procedures: Estonia

    This Estonian EPPO/OLAF volume provides a comprehensive collection of material for EPPO/OLAF investigations, including case law, sources of law, and relevant institutions. In addition, it contains a compendium of national statutory law related to EPPO/OLAF investigations, highlighting the process of criminal investigations. Finally, it deals with OLAF investigations in Estonia, focusing on the investigation mandates of the European Anti-Fraud Office and its national partners. Prof Dr Jaan Ginter has acted as the publication’s national expert.

    The EPPO/OLAF compendium of national procedures: Denmark

    This Danish EPPO/OLAF volume explores Denmark’s crucial role in the fight against EU fraud. It discusses Danish rules on criminal investigations and procedure as well as mutual legal assistance in criminal matters. Analysing the Danish Administration of Justice Act 2022 the publication focuses on the newly introduced section 107a, which addresses the issue that Denmark and Ireland have withdrawn from the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO). It presents the most recent working agreement between the EPPO and the Danish Ministry of Justice (of 31 August 2023). It also examines the impact of OLAF investigations on Danish justice by analysing the role of the national authorities involved in the PIF investigations and their laws.

Andererseits bedarf es eines technischen Fortschritts und innovativer Ideen, um mit begrenzten Ressourcen sparsam umzugehen und umweltschädliche Produktionsmethoden in ökologische umzuwandeln. Der Band versammelt im interdisziplinären Zusammenspiel Beiträge aus verschiedenen Geistes- und Naturwissenschaften zur sozial-ökologischen Transformation. Er spricht damit Leser*innen an, die sich den technischen, wirtschaftlichen, kulturellen und gesellschaftlichen Herausforderungen der Nachhaltigkeit stellen wollen.

    Silke Tammen (1964–2018) hat die Erforschung mittelalterlicher Kunst wesentlich geprägt. Ihr besonderes Verdienst liegt in einer Sensibilisierung für ungewöhnliche Gegenstände und Themen. Im Horizont einer die Vielfalt der Bildkulturen betonenden Kunstgeschichte hat sie neue theoretisch-methodische Zugänge zur Bildwahrnehmung erschlossen. Dem Gedenken Silke Tammens ist nun eine zweiteilige Publikation gewidmet. Band 1 umfasst die kommentierten Schriften Silke Tammens. Band 2 enthält Beiträge von Weggefährt:innen aus verschiedenen Disziplinen, die Tammens Ideen, Themen und Ansätze in ihren eigenen Forschungen aufgreifen.

    This dataset contains data for "Direct comparison of different probe positioning and pointing schemes for plume measurements using an Advanced Cusp Field Thruster" as published in the Journal of Electric Propulsion, Volume 5, article number 10. https://doi.org/10.1007/s44205-026-00182-0 The data consists of all of the availble telemetry of the test facility including lab power supplies, pressured gauges, and the gantry. For more information about the different files see the included Readme.txt. Since the Journal decided to compress the figures, i've included them here in full res and as vector graphics.
