Abstract

Die basisdemokratischen Kommunikationsgrundrechte aus Art. 8 Abs. 1 GG und Art. 5 Abs. 1 S. 1 1. Var. GG werden unter dem Blickwinkel des ordre public sowie anhand neuerer Rechtsprechung dazu dargestellt. The fundamental democratic rigths of Article 8 para. 1 German federal constitution (freedom of assembly) and Article 5 para. 1 sentence 1 1st alternative German federal constitution (freedom of opinion) are presented in the focus of the ordre public and in accordance of new and relevant case law.
