Abstract

The 'CoopFoodLab' project has created spaces for experience and action for social innovations in the food economy through a practice-oriented teaching module. The methodology follows an interdisciplinary and international approach, drawing on collaborative methods and an innovation platform enabling exchange with regional actors. The findings presented in this volume serve as a guide for the scientifically reflected practice of social enterprises in the food sector.
