Abstract
This Romanian EPPO/OLAF volume comprises a collection of EU and Romanian legislation relating to EU fraud investigations. It deals with EU fraud typologies, possible EPPO/OLAF measures in Romania, and relevant Romanian precedents. The first part of this volume covers the national legal situation with regard to EPPO investigations according to Art. 26—33 of the EPPO-Regulation. The second part of the volume deals with OLAF investigations in Romania including relevant national law and co-operation with national partners.Link to publications or other datasets
