dc.description.abstractThis doctoral thesis consists of six academic papers and deals with international research on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics from a corporate finance as well as an investors' perspective. While five papers have been accepted for publication in international peer reviewed journals, one paper is currently in a Revise & Resubmit process. The title page of each chapter provides information on the publication or peer review status including the journal's VHB-JOURQUAL3 rating as well as conference presentations.de_DE
