| dc.description.abstract | Transnational city networks (TCNs) are pivotal in shaping global governance, notably in implementing sustainable urban food system policies (SUFSPs), stressing the enhancement of inter-city relations and urban capabilities. However, significant gaps persist in political science research regarding the understanding and development of SUFSPs by TCNs. This research, utilising qualitative case studies, explores these aspects within two prominent TCNs – C40 and ICLEI. It aims to fill existing scholarly gaps, providing insights into the conceptualisations and strategies employed by TCNs in advancing SUFSPs, addressing crucial questions regarding their perceptions and policy approaches of sustainable urban food system transformation. | en |
